Having a customized financial plan tailored to your personal circumstances helps ensure that we have established a clear course of action for pursuing your goals and objectives. We follow a thorough and structured process to ensure we cover every vital aspect and address every important detail.

We begin by getting to know you – to ensure we have a good understanding of your goals, financial situation, investment experience and risk tolerance. We ask about your financial concerns and what you want out of the advisor relationship. We collect and analyze the necessary financial data such as your statements or balance sheet, bank accounts, cash positions, outstanding debts, budget analysis, assets outside of investments, insurance policies, tax returns and sources of retirement income, when applicable.

We analyze the information you’ve shared with us and customize a plan accordingly. To help develop a more comprehensive plan, this step may also include collaborating with your other professional advisors such as your CPA, attorney and insurance specialist. It helps bring together all the vital elements of your financial picture and ensure that all details are covered. We’ll finalize our recommendations and present them to you, answer your questions, make any necessary adjustments and then outline the actions we need to take to implement your plan.

Once the plan meets with your approval, we begin implementing it by making investments on your behalf. We will execute your customized strategy using the extensive research and resources available to us through Raymond James. We’ll be fully engaged in opening and transferring accounts, reviewing key issues and the handling of all necessary documents and paperwork.

Once your plan is implemented, we will continually monitor the progress of your plan relative to your defined objectives and suggest any changes where needed. We meet periodically to review and rebalance your portfolio, shift reallocations and make tactical moves. We factor in any significant changes in your life, suggesting and making appropriate adjustments as necessary to ensure that your plan remains true to your needs over time.
